Welcome to Dr Emma Cotterill (D. Clin. Psych)

We are delighted to welcome Dr Emma Cotterill to our clinic. She is an experienced HCPC accredited and registered Clinical Psychologist, with 10 years experience working in the NHS and privately.  She works with adults experiencing mental health difficulties, including, depression, anxiety, panic, stress, eating difficulties, grief and loss, as well as people with neurological and learning difficulties.

She supports individuals to develop an understanding of difficulties they may be experiencing and to help them to manage and overcome their difficulties. She has trained and works with a range of therapy approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.

Dr Cotterill believes passionately in supporting individuals to lead fulfilling lives, in line with the goals and values that are important to them; to help them to overcome whatever difficulties, challenges, or losses they may be facing, by having the space and support to talk about and make sense of their thoughts and feelings and by building psychological strength, skills, and resilience.

Sri Chimnoy 24 hour event – Sept 2017

Our physio Sue helped at the trackside of the last 6 hours of the Sri Chimnoy 24 hour race around Tooting Bec athletics track.  Sue treated several athletes during this event to help keep them going to the end of the race.
